It was great to see Naoisha McAloon (Durham FC full time professional goalkeeper in the English Championship and also on the Ireland squad) giving one of our local Glasnevin FC girls, Aoibhe Gahan, a one-on-one goalie session while Naoishe was back in Ireland on her off-season.
Naoishe was a student of Just4Keepers in Glasnevin since she was Under 9, so it was amazing that she could give an hours session with one of our underage girl’s keepers.
Aoibhe was delighted with her session and it gave her huge confidence getting a session from a pro female goalkeeper.
Naoisha, thanks so much, an inspiration to the next generation.
